Unsupported Users

Here at Tower Systems our support is completely optional. Generally when you first purchase Retailer you will get a year of support as part of our standard package, however, after this time it is entirely up to you whether you wish to continue purchasing support. 

We think support is a great investment. Not only do you get 24/7 software support you also get complete access to updates, online training, training videos and advice sheets and articles. 

If you choose not to take up support and you have an issue with our software we are still able to help, however, all help will be billable. Our standard billable rate for unsupported users is $176 AUD for the first 15 minutes or part there of and $55 for every 15 minutes after that or part there of. This will need to be paid up front by credit card or bank transfer.
